My supervisor recently refused my annual leave request for the upcoming Eid holiday, citing 'operational requirements'. What are my rights here?

You should first speak to your local Association of Muslim Police (AMP) if your force has one. They can advocate for you. If not, speak to your internal Race or Faith lead. NAMP also provides national guidance to forces on religious leave proportionality that your HR department should be aware of.
